1 / PAYMENT

We gladly accept all major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express which will all securely processed through Stripe or Paypal.

NB: Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

2 / SHIPPING TIME

Once payment is made, email confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to you. Once you have received this, the product will be picked from stock or made within 3 working days. If the item is due to take any longer, you will be notified.

Standard Delivery Times (UK – First Class signed for | Europe/ROW – Royal Mail First Class)

UK: 2-5 working days (£4.95)

Europe: 5-10 working days (£6.95)

Rest of the World: 14-21 working days (£8.95)

ALL ORDERS OF £50 AND OVER RECEIVE FREE STANDARD DELIVERY (deducted automatically at checkout).

Express Delivery Times: (UK – Special Delivery, Tracked & Signed | Europe/ROW – Royal Mail Tracked & Signed)

UK: 1-2 working days (£7.95)

Europe: 2-5 working days (£10.95)

Rest of the World: 5-10 working days (£12.95)

ALL ORDERS OF £300 AND OVER RECEIVE FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY (deducted automatically at checkout).

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a further dispatch email from us with a tracking code and link (if applicable).

NB: For last minute gifts – please email Saloukee directly (with your order reference) and we will do our best to process the order in time for when you need the item. Ordering the Express Delivery option is a must if you wish us to fulfil a tight time scale.

3 / REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We really hope that you are happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind, we would be to be happy to exchange (to the equivalent value) or refund your item/s (minus shipping cost) providing that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping expenses (including adequate insurance) and ensuring the package arrives back to us safely. Please be aware that our paper jewellery is hard wearing but not invincible and if the product returned is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item, and the damaged item will not be returned to you.

In the unlikely event that the items you receive are faulty/damaged item, we will refund the cost of returning the item to us and arrange an exchange with you. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item, to arrange a return and exchange or refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems that may occur.

NB: Unfortunately are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

We do accept orders from retailers, please email Saloukee and we would be happy to discuss this further with you.

NB: Please be aware that the colour accuracy of the jewellery you see will vary depending on your computer monitor settings, therefore do allow for slight chance of variation, upon arrival of your product.
